[Hilde turns and jumps down from the cab and makes her way over to where the affected people are. After a quick look over the injuries to determine who is stable enough to be immediately moved away, Hilde begins lifting up the injured and carrying them in a fireman's carry to her truck. She checks the oxygen bottles to see how much is left and frowns. Hilde then slaps the Knight in the truck on the shoulder:]

Critical cases only on the oxy, we're getting a bit low. I'm gonna start work on the ones we can't pull out right off. When I get back here, I'll start on the most severe and go from there.

[Hilde looks around for a second and mutters:]

What a fucking mess...

[Hilde then gets quiet and narrows her eyes as she looks about. As she passes by the Captain on her way to resume tending the injured, she says in a low tone just loud enough for him to hear:]

We should keep our eyes open for extra problems. Could be a set up, call me paranoid but...

[Hilde immediately moves to where the knights working with her had set up the triage and starts providing immediate medical care. As she addresses the most severe cases, Hilde uses her essences to bring the patient up to stable. Hilde works rapidly and as volunteers attempt to assist, she redirects them to less critical cases or to ferrying supplies to her as according to their ability and her need.]

{{The City whispers to Malloy, guiding him on the trail of the criminals, first taking him onto the Buffalo State College campus.}}

{{Several other knights and yeomen begin to arrive on the scene. Those with the healing essence begin stabilizing the worst cases from triage. Those with the green essence start medicating and sedating the next more serious victims. Those with vigor start, carefully, opening vehicles to rescue the trapped and moving wreckage. With the additional assistance, the scene gradually becomes less chaotic. However, the wailing of injured victims and general buzz among onlookers remains. In the near distance, the wail of ambulance sirens can be heard getting closers. So far, the triage has six dead (including two police officers) and eleven critically wounded.}}

[Malloy walks deeper onto campus as the rescue operations start to make substantive progress. As the last victim is removed from the spill area at Mason's direction, he (along with a few of the Urban Knights) commands the masonry and asphalt to churn and fold in on itself in a complex and clearly patterned way. After only a few moments, the sidewalks, curbs, and street are a jumbled mess with wrecked cars sticking out to various degrees, but the chemical spill is sealed. Two of the Urban Knights lift a manhole cover and go down to attend to any sewer contamination, if possible, under the orders of Sir Mason.]
